Hmong Economic Development Program (HED)
Hmong Aconomic Development Program -- Is a Community Development response center for collaboration with the City of Minneapolis and Hennepin County on the future of our Hmong Community as well as a resource center for Hmong entrepreneurs who desire to start a home-based business or develop a local small business in Minneapolis with assistance from our “Central Planning Advisory Group.” Program Elements:
• Developing a Home-Based Business
• Hmong-American Leaders serve as Advisors and Mentors
• Developing the Business within and for the Hmong Community
• Expanding the Business to Serve Greater Minneapolis
• Develop a Central Planning and Advisory Group
