Family Empowerment Network (FEN)

Family Empowerment Network -- Is designed to strengthen Hmong families as the basic building block of our Community through a collection of support programs reflecting diverse daily needs including basic education and English as a Second Language, job skills mentoring and employment services, family planning and parenting, and nutrition and health for home, school and work.
