| Hmong Economic Development Program (HED) |
| -- is a Community Development response center for collaboration with the
City of Minneapolis and Hennepin County on the future of our Hmong Community
as well as a resource center for Hmong entrepreneurs who desire to start
a home-based business or develop a local small business in Minneapolis with
assistance from our “Central Planning Advisory Group.” Program
